Group name. (year of publication). Title of entry. In Title of work (edition). Publisher.

*If the group author is also the publisher, omit it from the end of the entry.

Continually updated online source:

Merriam-Webster. (n.d.). Self-report. In Merriam-Webster.com dictionary. Retrieved July 12, 2019, from https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/self-report

*If the entry has a single author and the book has an editor, treat it like an edited book chapter.
