When to Cite

Cite whenever using words (direct quotation) or ideas (paraphrasing) from a source.

Citing the Bible

Basic Format:

The Bible (version). (year of publication). Location: Publisher.

Citing Commentaries

Here are a few examples of how to cite a commentary:

Commentary (print)

Commentary with individually written articles (online)
